Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Package Your Rug

  Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original packaging or a heavy-duty plastic wrap to protect it during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
